This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.
• Conduct outbound calls to both customers and prospects.
• Present offerings related to the publishing and professional information industry.
• Actively assess customer needs and engage in professional discussions.
• Follow up on potential leads and sales opportunities.
• Record customer interactions and results in the CRM system.
• Utilize modern systems, tools, and knowledge repositories.
• Proficient in the German language (C2 level), both spoken and written.
• Some experience in telephone sales, outbound sales, or customer service, preferably with contact-center exposure.
• Strong communication abilities and a passion for active selling.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work reliably and independently (freelancer model).
• Confident in using standard CRM and telephony tools, or possess a strong technical affinity.
• A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home are essential.
• Work completely remotely as a freelancer — choose your most productive environment.
• Compensation based on performance: pay per productive minute plus commission for successful sales.
