Call Center Agent – Homeoffice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent outreach to potential customers in the TV and multimedia sector

• Consultation on devices, accessories, and tariffs

• Targeted marketing of new products to existing customers

• Advising and selling on contract renewals and new contracts

• Follow-up on customer conversations

⛳️ Requirements

• An internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbit/s

• A separate workspace

• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written

• Proficient in using PC applications

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Sales skills and a strong service and customer orientation

• Ability to work independently and diligently
