Call Center Agent, German and English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Assist with the operations of a virtual call center.

• Guide patients through pre-screening inquiries and provide relevant information.

• Aid in determining eligibility for ongoing research studies.

• Handle triage calls to assist patients with reimbursement and travel-related questions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Detail-oriented and compassionate call center representative.

• Interact with patients who are interested in joining clinical trials.

• Proficiency in both English and German is essential.

• A GCP qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
