This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Support prospective participants in navigating the clinical trial process within a virtual call center.
• Interact with individuals who have shown interest in taking part in clinical trials.
• Provide assistance with basic inquiries regarding travel and reimbursement.
• Perform pre-screening interviews following established scripts and guidelines.
• Diligently document patient information and call results in internal systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and accurate documentation.
• Proficiency in French, Italian, and English is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a compassionate approach when interacting with patients.
• Dependable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Availability for full-time work from Monday to Friday.
• GCP certification is preferred but can be acquired during training.
