This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You provide guidance to our clients on credit insurance matters after the completion of their loans.
• You maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through a dedicated service approach.
• You recognize the unique needs of each customer and assist them with customized solutions.
• You serve as an expert for our clients, offering telephone support regarding relevant insurance products.
• You consider the individual preferences of customers in your advisory role.
• You have gained initial experience in sales or customer interaction (e.g., in sales or telesales).
• You possess a service-oriented mindset and a keen interest in loan products.
• You are an effective communicator, able to persuade customers with your engaging and professional telephone demeanor.
• You demonstrate high reliability and approach your work in a committed, proactive manner.
• You have a strong desire for professional growth, are highly motivated, and are ready to evolve with our team.
• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a commercial or business-related field.
