Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from current customers

• Manage service requests, including adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder details, and sending policy documents, among others.

• Assist customers with inquiries related to their existing insurance policies, including coverage details, policy benefits, or modifications to current policies

• Strive to retain Jerry policyholders by proactively identifying solutions for customers who may be considering cancellation

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center setting

• Ability to multitask and handle several competing priorities effectively

• Strong passion for assisting others
