This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Conduct a high volume of inbound and outbound calls related to auctions using approved scripts.
• Provide clear explanations regarding auction specifics, deadlines, and subsequent steps.
• Accurately record call outcomes and tenant feedback within the system.
• Execute multiple call attempts and adhere to necessary follow-up protocols.
• Manage sensitive or escalated conversations with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, legal standards, and internal policies.
• Identify and report trends, issues, or concerns to team leaders.
• Participate in additional outbound calling projects as business needs evolve.
• Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or outbound calling (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Capability to remain composed during high-pressure or sensitive discussions.
• Comfortable working autonomously and effectively managing your schedule.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly concerning documentation.
