This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide our travelers with exceptional travel support via various contact methods: chat, phone, and email.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of suppliers, destinations, and systems.

• Quickly and accurately assess customer needs, personas, and urgency levels.

• Deliver precise information for hotel, flight, car, and rail reservations as needed.

• Assist users in utilizing the Navan platform and app for self-service when possible.

• Respond to customer inquiries within the expectations and requirements of SLA.

• Adhere to company and customer travel and expense policies, as well as global compliance regulations.

• Offer regular updates to stakeholders regarding goal progress and the performance of key operational processes.

• Engage in team meetings to remain informed about new product launches, supplier updates, and industry developments.

• Enhance your travel industry expertise to consistently provide best-in-class travel support.

• Comply with the attendance policy and complete all assigned training modules.

• Achieve individual performance metrics in alignment with organizational and company objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing bookings for both corporate and leisure clients in a primary Business Travel setting.

• At least 3 years of proven advanced experience with Sabre or Amadeus GDS (ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD and MCO issuance/reissuance, PNR management, etc.) is essential.

• Familiarity with local market supplier content and booking practices in both ARC and BSP markets.

• Extensive knowledge of complex itineraries, airfares, and fare construction calculations, including the application of nett fares, IT fares, route deals, and corporate negotiated fares (Fares & Ticketing VAII, formally BA2).

• Experience with NDC, low-cost carriers, and third-party content aggregators along with their booking management practices is advantageous.

• Comprehensive understanding of travel industry regulations and worldwide compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. Proficiency in additional languages (fluency outside of English) is a plus but not mandatory.

• Language: Fluency in German is required.
