• We are in search of a seasoned **Business Technology Architect** to connect business strategy with technology implementation. This position will involve designing and executing technology solutions that enhance business processes, integrate systems, and facilitate the company's long-term digital transformation.

• The Role: In the capacity of Business Technology Architect, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership and department heads to comprehend business challenges, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and develop scalable technology solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.

• You will act as the intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that technology investments yield measurable business value.

• Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and sustain the company's technology architecture roadmap.

• - Analyze business processes and identify potential for automation and optimization.

• - Design scalable technology solutions that foster business growth.

• - Assess existing systems and propose enhancements or replacements as necessary.

• - Lead systems integration efforts across CRM, finance, marketing, operations, and other business platforms.

• - Collaborate closely with software developers, vendors, and third-party technology partners.

• - Ensure seamless data flow between business systems through APIs and integrations.

• - Work with stakeholders to collect business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• - Provide technical leadership during digital transformation initiatives.

• - Create architecture documentation, process maps, and technical standards.

• - Identify emerging technologies that could enhance operational efficiency.

• - Support technology governance, security, scalability, and best practices.

• - Assist in vendor evaluations and technology selection.

• - Ensure solutions align with business goals, budgets, and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Essential:

• - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• - At least 5 years of experience in a Business Technology Architect, Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect, or similar role.

• - Strong grasp of enterprise architecture principles.

• - Experience in designing business technology solutions.

• - Proficient in integrating multiple business systems.

• - In-depth knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data architecture.

• - Experience with CRM, ERP, and cloud-based platforms.

• - Excellent business analysis and process mapping capabilities.

• - Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• - Proven experience in leading cross-functional technology projects.

• - Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred:

• - Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• - Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar).

• - Experience with Power BI or business intelligence platforms.

• - Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• - Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.

• - Exposure to AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms.
