This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and develop AI-driven automations and agentic workflows within the GTM tech stack — encompassing Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and MuleSoft — to reduce manual labor and expedite business processes.
• Design and implement ClickUp Super Agents and LLM-based automations to streamline tasks such as deal data enrichment, assistance in quote generation, order validation, revenue recognition triggers, and exception handling within quote-to-cash workflows.
• Architect and establish MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations that enable AI agents to interact with business systems in a contextual and secure manner — facilitating intelligent, event-driven operations across the GTM platform.
• Investigate and assess new AI capabilities (RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent orchestration) to identify which are ready for production use in GTM business systems.
• Develop reusable AI templates, automation patterns, and agent blueprints that can be leveraged across the GTM Engineering team.
• Create and uphold integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, MuleSoft, DealHub (CPQ), and other GTM platforms — prioritizing clean architecture, minimal technical debt, and maintainable design.
• Oversee comprehensive integration patterns for essential business processes such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, order-to-fulfillment, and revenue reporting pipelines.
• Design data flows and transformation logic that ensure business data is accurate, consistent, and accessible across systems without establishing fragile point-to-point dependencies.
• Adopt a build-vs-buy approach: assess whether a specific automation requirement is best addressed through native platform features, iPaaS tools, or custom code — and articulate the rationale clearly.
• Develop internal tools, low-code/no-code solutions, and lightweight applications using platforms like Retool, Replit, or similar to enhance business systems functionalities with minimal overhead.
• Write automation scripts and data transformation logic in Python, JavaScript, or Apex as necessary to fill gaps that platform tools may not handle natively.
• Utilize Zapier, Workato, and similar iPaaS platforms to coordinate cross-system workflows that are maintainable, observable, and well-documented.
• Manage the full lifecycle of your creations: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor the performance and health of the automations and integrations you manage; proactively identify degradation, data inconsistencies, or failure patterns before they affect business operations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for integration failures or automation issues and implement sustainable fixes — not just temporary patches.
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation to ensure that platform behavior is clear and recoverable by the wider team.
• Collect feedback from business stakeholders and iterate on existing automations to enhance accuracy, minimize edge cases, and adapt to changing GTM processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success stakeholders to translate business needs into well-defined technical solutions.
• Work closely with GTM Systems Engineering, DevOps, and BSA colleagues on architectural decisions, prioritization of intake, and execution of delivery.
• Contribute to the GTM Systems Engineering operational model: maintain task hygiene, communicate proactively about major initiatives, and document AI/automation efforts in the team's AI Excellence registry.
• Act as a subject matter expert for business systems automation and AI — educating stakeholders on possibilities and managing realistic expectations regarding scope and delivery.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business systems engineering, systems administration, or integration engineering roles.
• Proven track record of building and delivering automations or integrations that provide measurable business value in production settings.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one ERP platform (NetSuite is strongly preferred).
• Experience implementing AI or LLM-powered automations in a production business systems environment — or a clearly defined trajectory toward achieving this.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment where you manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt swiftly to evolving business needs.
• Optional but preferred: experience with DealHub (CPQ), ClickUp, quote-to-cash workflows, or revenue operations systems.

• Life & Disability insurance
• Paid parental leave
