This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main technical authority for Microsoft D365, responsible for the overall system design, integrations, and architectural choices.
• Provide guidance to the Technical Delivery Lead on platform-level technical decisions, associated risks, and potential improvement areas.
• Lead and implement peer code reviews and technical design assessments for both internal and contractor-developed solutions.
• Engage in hands-on development for complex, high-risk, or time-sensitive D365FO modifications.
• Review and authorize D365 X++ customizations, extensions, integrations, and data entities.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Manage and supervise D365FO DevOps pipelines, branching strategies, builds, releases, and environment synchronization.
• Lead internal escalation processes for D365 production issues.
• Provide technical governance and oversight for external development partners.
• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years of ERP experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a real enterprise setting.
• Knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations architecture and development practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud solution architecture, including design and governance.
• Strong technical foundation as a developer (thorough understanding of SDLC, release management, and change governance) with the capability to think and act like a system architect.
• Experience in reviewing and assessing development work completed by others.
• Comfortable assuming the role of technical owner during critical incidents.
