Business Systems Analyst I – Quality Assurance

📋 Description

• Assist in meeting the quality assurance requirements of the enterprise business suite

• Record testing results and participate in the design of business processes

• Aid in testing new features and system improvements

• Offer production support and troubleshooting assistance

• Build positive relationships and engage in ongoing learning

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR a comparable combination of education and experience

• 0+ years of experience in a related job role

• Fundamental understanding of reviewing functional requirements

• Experience in creating and executing test cases

• Knowledge of defect tracking and reporting procedures

• Familiarity with documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs)
