Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serves as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, converting business needs into clear, actionable requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Directs business analysis initiatives, advocates for stakeholder needs, and ensures that solutions are in alignment with client objectives and Acxiom's capabilities.

• Applies expertise to guide project teams in selecting the most suitable approach for their requirement initiatives.

• Successfully manages relationships and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.

• Develops metrics and measurements to monitor, evaluate, and report on the quality of business analysis efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Demonstrated ability to frame issues, derive insights, and formulate recommendations based on performance and trends.

• Comprehensive understanding of the various factors that influence campaign performance, including data, targeting, timing, creative, and execution.

• Ability to interpret performance metrics, conduct trend analysis, and assess month-over-month performance and segment analysis.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with collaboration/project management tools.
