Business Systems Analyst – Appian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Works in collaboration with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and members of the Agile Team.

• Converts software requirements into executable user stories.

• Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Aids in the execution throughout the Development Life Cycle.

• Functions within a SAFe Agile framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and/or training.

• Familiarity with SQL.

• Demonstrates a sense of urgency.

• Possesses analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Effective interaction skills.

• Proficient in stakeholder analysis.

• Capable of modeling skills.

• Skilled in documentation and specification.

• Exhibits adaptability.

• Proficient in conflict resolution.

• Previous experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefits management, workers’ compensation, or the insurance industry is preferred.

• Experience in an Agile environment is preferred.
