This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and provide support for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Cloud)
• Set up and enhance workflows, automation, permissions, and integrations
• Maintain system performance, availability, and dependability
• Develop and refine ITSM practices in accordance with ITIL standards
• Lead improvement projects and manage change in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct troubleshooting, provide user support, deliver training, and maintain documentation
• Proficient in Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
• Skilled in configuring workflows, automation, permissions, and customizations
• Strong grasp of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices
• Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting in cloud settings
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills and capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proactive, well-organized, and adept at balancing technical and business viewpoints
• Advanced/Fluent proficiency in English
• Completed Bachelor’s degree
