Business Reporting Manager – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• The Manager of Business Analytics & Reporting will be tasked with the design, development, and deployment of contemporary, AI-enabled reporting and analytical solutions throughout Specialty Mail Operations.

• Take ownership of SQL-driven analysis and data validation within BigQuery and GCP environments, serving as the cornerstone for all reporting and insights delivery.

• Create and oversee analytics-optimized data structures in BigQuery that are tailored for downstream use in Tableau.

• Facilitate AI-ready data structures and datasets, ensuring they have well-defined naming conventions, metadata, and business-oriented definitions.

• Guarantee that analytics solutions comply with enterprise governance, data quality, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Tableau, with extensive experience in designing executive-quality dashboards, performance optimization, and creating scalable visualizations (5+ years)

• Significant experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery, for extensive data analysis and querying (3+ years)

• Strong proficiency in SQL, able to conduct analysis, validation, and troubleshoot issues across diverse data sources independently (3+ years)

• Proven ability to apply analytical judgment when validating dashboards, datasets, and AI-generated outputs—distinguishing when results are ready for decision-making versus requiring further investigation (2+ years)
