Business Owner – AI Training Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic prompts reflecting typical scenarios and objectives of small businesses.

• Engage with various AI chatbots to assess the quality of their responses.

• Analyze outputs for accuracy, clarity, usefulness, and relevance to business needs.

• Review both visual and written content generated by AI for business applications.

• Evaluate workflows that involve spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and other business documents.

• Provide systematic comparative feedback and scoring based on evaluations.

• Submit finalized evaluation reports along with conversation transcripts.

• Test AI capabilities in managing customer communications and operational scenarios.

• Share business insights related to marketing strategies, research, and financial planning.

• Adhere to comprehensive evaluation guidelines and maintain quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Korean.

• Over 2 years of experience as a business owner or in the realm of small business operations.

• Strong grasp of daily SMB workflows and interactions with customers.

• Familiarity with AI tools, including chatbots and generative AI platforms.

• Capability to critically assess written and visual business content.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, PDFs, and image-based materials.

• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking abilities.

• Proficient in uploading supporting business documents and materials such as marketing visuals, content, business processes, CRM workflows, budget planning, and market analysis.
