This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Direct the planning and implementation of impactful digital and in-person events across significant industries.
• Organize the planning and execution of both online and in-person events, which include product webinars, major thought-leadership gatherings, and smaller specialized physical events.
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics, from scheduling and speaker coordination to venue research and agreements, asset preparation, attendee management, and budget supervision.
• Create event-related materials and presentations, along with event landing pages and value propositions.
• Develop and maintain event registration pages utilizing tools such as Unbounce and WordPress.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure alignment on event goals, promotional strategies, and audience engagement approaches.
• Supervise the promotion of events to enhance registration and attendance rates.
• Manage follow-up strategies and activities post-events, coordinating efforts to ensure prompt and effective lead nurturing.
• Support post-event activities, which include reporting, content repurposing, feedback collection, and follow-up coordination.
• Monitor and evaluate key event metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize event planning and operational workflows.
• Travel to key regions to oversee and manage local events.
• 3-4 years of experience in event coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, particularly in live event settings.
• A proactive approach with the capability to take initiative and work independently when required.
• Familiarity with tools such as Unbounce, WordPress, and Salesforce is advantageous.
