Business Manager Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients through outreach efforts, articulating the value of our services to prospective customers.

• Assess leads by gaining insight into their business requirements, challenges, and decision-making processes.

• Arrange appointments or refer qualified leads to the Business Manager or sales team for additional follow-up.

• Keep precise and current records of client interactions, prospects, and opportunities within the CRM system.

• Aid in the development of proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings and business pitches.

• Collaborate with the Business Manager to provide insights to the sales and marketing teams.

• Assist the Business Manager in identifying market trends, analyzing competitors, and formulating strategic plans for business expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in business development, sales, or customer relations is advantageous.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging and persuading clients effectively.

• A positive, goal-driven attitude with the capability to navigate challenges and respond to feedback constructively.

• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Ability to establish rapport and sustain professional relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

• Fluent in German; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
