📋 Description

• Conduct market analysis to uncover trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes in Brazil.

• Develop and implement growth strategies for the market, ensuring a balance between immediate results and long-term brand equity.

• Manage the complete P&L for the Brazil portfolio, covering revenue, expenses, and profitability.

• Discover and establish new revenue streams.

• Lead and expand a diverse team consisting of Account Managers, Content Editors, and SEO Specialists.

• Supervise market-specific content strategies and SEO plans.

• Keep track of iGaming regulations and advertising limitations in Brazilian markets.

• Identify and foster strategic partnerships in key regions across Brazil.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in both English and Portuguese.

• Over 5 years of experience in business management and affiliate marketing.

• Extensive knowledge of the Brazilian digital landscape, SEO-focused content, and betting sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive commercial growth.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with excellent reporting and leadership capabilities.

• Experience in leading teams across content, SEO, and commercial areas.
