This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Drive new business sales for services including Web Application Penetration Testing, Network Penetration Testing, Cloud & Infrastructure Security Testing, API & Mobile Application Testing.
• Recognize and engage with key stakeholders such as CIOs, CISOs, IT Managers, and Risk & Compliance Heads.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through methods such as cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Gain a deep understanding of client environments to recommend suitable penetration testing solutions.
• Work alongside security consultants to establish the scope, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Draft proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Foster long-term relationships to ensure continued testing engagements on a quarterly or annual basis.
• Monitor and report on sales performance utilizing CRM tools.
• Keep abreast of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance standards.
• 3–6+ years of B2B sales experience in the IT or cybersecurity sector.
• Demonstrated success in selling penetration testing or vulnerability assessment services.
• Strong familiarity with OWASP Top 10, common security vulnerabilities (such as XSS, SQL Injection, etc.), and basic penetration testing methodologies.
• Preference for candidates with experience working with Australian clients.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
• Capability to transform technical offerings into tangible business value.
• Strong skills in prospecting and closing deals, exhibiting a hunter mindset.
