This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Identify and pursue new customer prospects to foster business expansion
• Evaluate market trends to reveal potential opportunities
• Represent Hayward at various industry events and trade exhibitions
• Oversee the sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM
• Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership to achieve goals and report on progress
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales with an emphasis on growth and customer acquisition
• Generates new leads through proactive prospecting and cold calling efforts
• Assesses market trends and sales analytics to pinpoint opportunities for future business
• Supports the Sales Leadership Team in accurately identifying and forecasting opportunities for market share
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic selling capabilities
• Familiarity with pool equipment, water chemistry, and automated control systems is a plus
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be open to travel
