• Oversee business development initiatives for Global Nuclear Fuel concerning advanced reactor fuel applications, emerging fuel prospects from new reactor designs, and short-cycle commercial sales opportunities that align with the core fuel business.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunities in advanced reactor fuel applications, adjacent fuel-related markets, and shorter-cycle commercial ventures.
• Formulate and implement business development strategies to position the business for sustained growth in emerging nuclear markets while also supporting immediate revenue opportunities.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers, reactor developers, strategic partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Act as a commercial liaison for market engagement concerning advanced reactor opportunities and the expansion of fuel-related business.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, licensing, operations, and finance teams to evaluate technical feasibility, commercial viability, investment requirements, and execution considerations for new opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of experience in business development, commercial operations, sales, strategic marketing, product management, engineering, or related leadership roles.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and managing complex commercial opportunities in industrial, technical, or highly regulated environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time, both domestically and internationally, based on business and customer requirements.
