This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Become a subject matter expert in healthcare insurance, equipped with the technical skills necessary to create proof-of-concept solutions addressing various industry challenges.
• Conduct data cleaning and analysis utilizing SQL, Python, and AI models.
• Examine large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, identify gaps, and reveal opportunities for enhancements that support the healthcare system's improvement.
• Offer subject matter expertise in recognizing product applications and formulating strategies to tackle significant business and technical obstacles.
• Collect and convert business requirements into analytical applications, advanced dashboard visuals, reports, or other alert systems.
• Utilize documentation tools to record code and engage in collaborative team code reviews.
• Work in conjunction with various teams across the organization to provide guidance on technical solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations to ensure the company's products remain competitive in the market.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data-focused roles OR 2 years in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proficiency in a Database Query Language such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or DB2.
• Familiarity with any of the following scripting languages: Python, R, or JavaScript, with a preference for Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
