This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Collect business requirements, assess source systems, identify essential data sources and transformation needs, design data models, and create metadata for data analysis and visualization.
β’ Gather and evaluate data and metrics across the organization to determine their integration into data visualizations and dashboards.
β’ Work alongside business units and project teams to elicit, identify, prioritize, and document requirements for data visualization and business intelligence.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert in functional and technical aspects of data visualization and business intelligence.
β’ Convert business analyses and needs into prototype concepts for reports and dashboards, contributing to design and visualization best practices.
β’ Employ business intelligence tools to transform dashboard requirements into deliverable solutions.
β’ Record processes related to data acquisition, data management, and data governance.
β’ Identify and implement process enhancements and efficiencies.
β’ Develop training materials and user guides.
β’ Facilitate group and individual training sessions for end users.
β’ At least nine (9) years of experience in government acquisition, finance or financial management, program management, or a related field within a Department of War organization.
β’ Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and self-service data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Qlik View is mandatory.
β’ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in contracting data sets, including FPDS-NG, SAM.gov, PIEE, ConWrite, CON-IT, EDA, or WAWF.
β’ A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, accounting, economics, or a related discipline is required.
β’ Experience may substitute for education if the individual possesses thirteen (13) or more years of relevant experience.
