This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development, execution, and upkeep of Jamf’s business continuity management program.
• Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments.
• Aid in the creation and maintenance of business continuity and IT disaster recovery plans.
• Design, coordinate, and lead tabletop exercises.
• Ensure continuity plans are in alignment with crisis management, IT disaster recovery, cyber incident response, and incident management processes.
• Collaborate with IT on disaster recovery planning for essential business functions and company data.
• Assess the disaster recovery resilience of external SaaS vendors.
• Keep audit-ready documentation in line with SOX, GDPR, DORA, NIST, and ISO 27001/27000.
• Organize and implement thorough business continuity testing, document results, identify deficiencies, and supervise corrective measures.
• Offer advice to cost center leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain business continuity documentation and share program communications.
• Prepare regular reports on program status, gaps, risks, metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with business continuity training and monitor business interruption events.
• Keep track of global threats, risks, and events, and notify stakeholders as necessary.
• Provide 24/7 escalation and support for global incidents or crises.
• Manage the global emergency notification system.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in managing enterprise business continuity, business resilience, crisis management, emergency management, and incident management programs and initiatives.
• Knowledge of security and infrastructure standards and regulations.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing BCPs, BIAs, and continuity deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred experience with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance, including DORA, NIST, ISO 27701/27000, ISO 22301, and SOX; FedRAMP is a plus.
• Preferred experience with BC/DR planning software and notification systems.
• Preferred experience in emergency management, incident management, and reporting.
• Preferred experience in communicating with executives regarding crisis and continuity responsibilities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Ability to convey business continuity risks and strategies to senior business leaders.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Preferred certifications: ABCP, CBCP, MBCP, CBCPI, CISSP, or BCI.
