Business Consultant for Enterprise Software – Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between esteemed clients and the development team.

• Assess clients' needs and requirements to create suitable solutions.

• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding technical inquiries or modification requests.

• Conduct quality assurance and authorize system modifications following successful testing.

• Document knowledge in internal records.

• Occasionally travel within Europe to assist clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in the travel industry.

• Familiarity with reservation systems like Amadeus Altea, Navitaire NewSkies, or quintessence ASGARD/MIDGARD is a plus.

• Experience with Scrum methodologies is advantageous.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• A curious mindset and a readiness to seek clarification.

• A strong affinity for IT.

• Proficiency in English is essential.
