This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Offers direct assistance to Business Banking clients regarding onboarding, sales, service, and ongoing relationship management.
• Cultivates and manages client engagement through effective customer relationship management, service interactions, and processes related to credit, deposits, and treasury services.
• Provides mentorship, guidance, and training to the RSI and RSII positions.
• Coordinates the execution of client sales and service with Business Banking teams and partner organizations.
• Ensures that all incoming customer requests, inquiries, and escalated issues are addressed consistently and professionally.
• Conducts necessary research and maintenance to facilitate solutions, and where applicable, logs and resolves customer complaints.
• Acts as a backup for other Relationship Specialists as needed.
• Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves customer issues while communicating best practices for consistent solutions.
• Facilitates reporting for Business Banking teams and stakeholders to effectively manage workflows related to client sales, compliance, credit management, renewals, and partner referrals.
• Complies with all relevant laws and regulations governing banking operations.
• Facilitates the opening of new account deposits and manages the cross-sell implementation of all associated product setups.
• Proactively manages overdrafts, unposted items, and loan payment issues requiring correction.
• Oversees the communication, development, and documentation of all policies and procedures.
• Fosters shared knowledge within teams and ensures consistent execution of Business Banking customer service procedures.
• Participates in various projects, initiatives, and committees aimed at enhancing efficient and streamlined work processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of seven years of experience in business, retail banking, or a related industry is essential.
• Experience in customer service and Business Loans is required.
• Proficient in CSI or similar document preparation banking software.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented and focused on quality.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Adaptable and flexible in response to change.
• Superior time management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
