Business Analytics Advisor – Clinical/Healthcare Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and implementation of Behavioral and Coaching Medical Action Plan initiatives that align with the priorities of customers, clients, and the enterprise.

• Collaborate with Medical Directors, Clinical Operations, Product teams, and business stakeholders to pinpoint healthcare opportunities, outline initiatives, and establish success metrics.

• Create opportunity analyses, analytic plans, business requirements, implementation specifications, and documentation for CHAM initiatives.

• Leverage healthcare data, SQL, Databricks, and reporting tools to craft customer targeting strategies, define inclusion and exclusion criteria, and derive actionable insights.

• Convert business and clinical requirements into scalable analytic solutions and operational workflows.

• Promote continuous improvement through analytic innovation, quality assurance, process optimization, and effective communication of findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, business analytics, population health, care management, consulting, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in handling large healthcare datasets and utilizing SQL or comparable data analysis tools.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from concept through to execution.

• Experience in opportunity assessment, requirements gathering, and cross-functional teamwork.

• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to define target populations, develop methodologies, identify performance drivers, and deliver actionable recommendations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating across clinical, analytics, operational, product, and business teams.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Analytics, Informatics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Preferred: Experience with Databricks, reporting platforms, or healthcare data environments.

• Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare claims, care management, behavioral health, coaching programs, or population health initiatives.

• Preferred: Experience supporting clinical program analytics, customer identification strategies, or care management interventions.

• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is required.
