Business Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assigned territory to ensure that exceptional service is continuously provided to first-line accounts;

• Surpass net sales objectives for dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within a specified territory, supporting existing customers and acquiring new targets;

• Foster loyalty among first-line accounts by establishing strong relationships to meet their needs with the company's products whenever possible;

• Implement agreed-upon business strategies to maximize substitution opportunities;

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans that outline objectives, action steps, and anticipated outcomes for each account;

• Deliver a top-notch sales experience by utilizing business insights, analytics, and innovative deal-level strategies;

• Identify and address customer concerns proactively. Take responsibility for territory-related issues and provide suitable solutions, escalating to the Regional Business Manager when necessary;

• Regularly document and evaluate call outcomes in the required system's call notes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science, or Sales

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Australia’s generic market

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B complex sales environments

• Demonstrated history of success in surpassing sales targets

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Must possess eligibility to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or valid Visa holder).
