Business Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with, seek out, request, and cultivate business relationships with members and clients who have specific advisory requirements.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist in marketing specialized products and services through various distribution channels tailored to member/client needs and existing strategies.

• Assess special requests for tailored products and services.

• Create comprehensive offers for Desjardins products and services, aiding members and clients in achieving their financial objectives.

• Guarantee member/client satisfaction and uphold service quality in alignment with the organization’s standards and protocols.

• Evaluate member/client needs, design and execute personalized solutions, and suggest integrated service offerings.

• Build an advisory relationship by recognizing current and prospective needs and facilitating client retention.

• Support members and clients with specialized requirements and provide guidance on relevant products and services.

• Engage in discussions about organizational realities with external professionals.

• Assist clients in reaching their financial aspirations, crafting customized solutions, and negotiating terms.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining a balance between satisfaction, profitability, and risk management.

• Remain updated on the latest standards, products, and services within the industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college diploma in a relevant field.

• At least two years of pertinent experience.

• Alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be taken into account.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
