• Lead, develop, and motivate the UK Building Operations team.
• Offer strategic operational insights to assist with campus planning, estate strategy, and decisions regarding capital investments.
• Create and implement strong governance, accountability, and performance frameworks throughout building operations.
• Drive continuous improvement, service innovation, and ensure value for money.
• Guarantee that all buildings and services are safe, compliant, and fully adhere to statutory, regulatory, and Group standards.
• Supervise the consistent delivery of hard and soft FM services across all UK locations.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in estates, building, or facilities management within a complex, multi-site context.
• Proven history of leading high-performing operational teams and facilitating service transformation.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, health & safety, risk management, and building regulations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication abilities.
• A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• NEBOSH / IOSH qualification and membership in a relevant professional organization (e.g., IWFM).
