Builder Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish authentic connections with borrowers and referral partners throughout the mortgage process.

• Assess borrower needs and assist clients in navigating mortgage options.

• Oversee every aspect from application to closing.

• Set clear expectations and provide an outstanding client experience.

• Sustain and manage a steady loan pipeline.

• Keep abreast of market trends, mortgage product updates, and compliance requirements.

• Foster and enhance relationships with realtors, builders, and industry specialists.

• Support sound lending decisions by analyzing complex financial data.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent, consecutive experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Proven understanding of the entire loan lifecycle.

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for the relevant state(s), or the ability to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.

• Demonstrated history of successful loan origination.

• Established referral network of realtors, builders, and industry professionals.

• Capability to effectively manage a consistent loan pipeline.

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data and guiding prudent lending decisions.

• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
