Builder Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish authentic connections with borrowers and referral partners.

• Assist clients throughout the mortgage process, ensuring they understand their options.

• Oversee all aspects of the loan process, from application to closing.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent, consecutive experience in mortgage loan origination.

• Proven understanding of the entire loan lifecycle.

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for relevant state(s), or the ability to secure licensing within 60 days of employment.

• Demonstrated success in loan origination.

• A well-established referral network of realtors, builders, and industry professionals.

• Capability to effectively manage a steady loan pipeline.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and facilitate sound lending decisions.
