Builder Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• You will be the dependable advisor that clients and referral partners rely on throughout the entire mortgage process.

• This involves forging authentic relationships, understanding the priorities of each borrower, and assisting them in confidently navigating their choices.

• You will oversee every detail from application to closing, establish clear expectations, and ensure an outstanding experience at each stage.

• Given the ever-evolving nature of this industry, you will keep yourself informed about market trends, product updates, and compliance standards to consistently provide your best.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience in mortgage loan origination with proven knowledge of the complete loan lifecycle.

• An active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for the relevant state(s), or the capability to secure licensing within 60 days of employment.

• A demonstrated history of successful loan origination backed by a well-established referral network of realtors, builders, and industry professionals.

• Proficiency in effectively managing a steady loan pipeline.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial information and facilitate sound lending decisions.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills that foster trust and loyalty.

• Advanced organizational skills and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
