Build Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Execute the build, configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Epic applications for the Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens modules.

• Work in collaboration with clinical, operational, and technical teams to collect requirements and implement effective solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve application issues promptly, providing necessary support.

• Engage in workflow analysis, system testing, validation, and upgrades.

• Develop and sustain documentation regarding build decisions, workflows, and change management processes.

• Facilitate integrated workflows across various Epic applications.

• Provide assistance during go-live support, enhancements, and continuous optimization efforts.

• Ensure that system configurations comply with organizational standards and industry best practices.

• Attend stakeholder meetings and offer recommendations for process enhancement.

• Prior experience as an Epic Build Analyst, specifically for:

• Radiant

• Cupid

• Lumens

• In-depth understanding of Epic workflows, build methodology, and change control processes.

• Familiarity with integrated clinical systems and healthcare operations.

• Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in supporting healthcare organizations or hospital systems.
