This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and convert business requirements from Sales, Field Operations, and Supply Chain into user stories and functional designs.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions that encompass Sales lifecycle management, consignee stock tracking, defect reporting, and case management.

• Work closely with mobile application teams to outline workflows for field users and facilitate offline/real-time data collection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst.

• More than 5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

• Background in the Medical Devices / Healthcare Manufacturing sector.

• Profound understanding of consignment inventory models and tracking of surgical/clinical product usage.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with ERP, inventory, and external systems.

• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Preferred: Experience in custom mobile application development (Angular or comparable technologies).

• Preferred certifications include: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
