Broker – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Act as the Director of the Company's subsidiary located in Hong Kong throughout the duration of the engagement.

• Ensure the maintenance of the necessary broker license(s) with the Company, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory standards.

• Provide assistance with licensing, regulatory, and compliance issues as reasonably requested.

• Complete documents and filings related to the Company's brokerage operations in Hong Kong, as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active Hong Kong real estate broker license that is in good standing.

• Familiarity with Hong Kong's real estate licensing and regulatory frameworks.

• Experience in luxury real estate and auctions is preferred.
