This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Development and implementation of a PR strategy: creating and executing an effective strategy for an international fintech brand (B2B) aimed at attracting new partners and strengthening trust with existing ones.
• Building and managing a team of PR managers: establishing internal processes from scratch, coordinating work, setting clear goals (OKRs/KPIs), and enhancing the professional skills of employees.
• Executive PR and Thought Leadership: systematically building personal brands for top managers as key industry experts (organizing participation in relevant podcasts, video interviews, webinars, keynote speeches, and LinkedIn ghostwriting).
• Relationship building with media and partners: establishing and maintaining direct contacts with key journalists in the financial sector (Tier-1 and specialized media), as well as working with opinion leaders.
• Measuring effectiveness and Brand Health: regular monitoring and analysis of brand recognition in the market (SOV — Share of Voice, Sentiment analysis, Brand Awareness), preparing reports for management, and making operational strategy adjustments based on data.
• Engagement with industry events and awards: managing the full cycle of the company’s participation in relevant events, initiating sponsorships, and submitting applications for prestigious industry awards.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams: systematic interaction with the Copy, Design, SMM, and Events departments to ensure a unified Voice of Brand in all communications.
• 3+ years of experience in a Brand&PR Lead / Team Lead position within Fintech/Payments B2B sectors with proven cases of successful media campaigns and market entry.
• Established contact base: a "warm" database of contacts of journalists, editors, and producers from top financial media and podcasts (UK, EU, Global).
• Management skills: experience in team management or agency experience (ability to build processes, delegate, and motivate).
• Data-driven approach: understanding of brand awareness measurement methodologies and proficiency in using analytical tools.
• Expertise in Executive Branding: experience in promoting top executives as public experts and preparing them for public appearances.
• Ability to act as a "client": clear formulation of tasks for cross-functional teams (Design, Copy) and quality control of visual/text materials.
• Proficiency in English — Upper-Intermediate or higher: ability to communicate fluently with foreign partners and edit professional content.
