Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop visual content for various ecommerce brands across campaigns, product launches, social media content, websites, emails, and digital experiences.

• Design static advertisements, landing pages, and product launch initiatives.

• Convert concepts into clear, memorable, and impactful visual narratives.

• Strike a balance between creativity and commercial thinking to produce designs that enhance engagement.

• Work collaboratively with marketers, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaigns to fruition.

• Incorporate AI tools in the creative process when they add value to the work.

• Engage in the hiring process through role-specific evaluations and stakeholder interviews as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in Visual Design, Brand Design, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign design, social media, and digital creativity.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and design systems.

• Experience in creating assets for digital marketing, websites, email, or social media platforms.

• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit across creative and marketing teams.

• Motion design experience using After Effects or similar tools is an advantage.

• Video editing skills with Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or comparable software is a plus.

• Experience with D2C, ecommerce, consumer brands, or creative agencies is beneficial.

• Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Leonardo AI, or similar creative platforms is advantageous.
