This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Oversee the creation of brand identities from initial concept to final execution, which includes logos, typography, color schemes, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
β’ Design websites using Figma that effectively translate brand strategies into impactful digital experiences.
β’ Develop client-facing design materials such as pitch decks, marketing collateral, social media graphics, launch materials, and various other brand touchpoints.
β’ Expand brand systems into real-world applications to ensure that the work remains cohesive beyond the foundational identity.
β’ Present and articulate design work directly to clients, assisting them in making informed creative decisions.
β’ Manage multiple design explorations while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and project managers to ensure design outcomes are aligned with client objectives.
β’ Maintain visual consistency across brands, websites, presentations, and marketing design initiatives.
β’ 2-4 years of experience in brand design, preferably within an agency or studio setting.
β’ A robust portfolio that demonstrates:
β’ - Brand identities developed from the ground up (not merely refreshes or marketing visuals).
β’ - Website designs that are modern, clean, and tailored for tech/startup audiences.
β’ - Assurance in client interactions β capable of presenting work, articulating the rationale, and guiding non-designers in their decision-making processes.
β’ - A strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition with a modern, tech-oriented aesthetic.
β’ - Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
β’ Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
