This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create ad creatives and blog materials that effectively simplify intricate subjects (such as accessibility law, compliance standards, and technical concepts) into thoughtful, visually appealing, and meticulously crafted work.
β’ Implement layout and editorial design for guides, reports, and collateral, demonstrating a keen eye for typography, hierarchy, spacing, and grid systems.
β’ Execute motion design and video editing that animate static assets and highlight products.
β’ Engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams across brand, content, product, and digital marketing.
β’ 3 to 5 years of design experience, accompanied by a portfolio that showcases illustration, editorial design, and a range of conceptual skills.
β’ Proficiency in Figma, with a tendency to gather references, create moodboards, and design within a structured brand system.
β’ Awareness of AI and generative image tools. While we won't rely on them extensively, you should be comfortable with prompting and iterating as necessary.
β’ Self-motivated and articulate in written communication, with the ability to participate in US Pacific timezone morning meetings at least twice weekly.
β’ Capable of independently carrying out motion design and video editing using After Effects and Premiere Pro (or similar software). You don't need to be a motion design expert, but should be at ease with LottieFiles and basic timeline tasks.
β’ Additional consideration for candidates with knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG color contrast and inclusive design principles.
