This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and enhance brand systems across both digital and physical platforms, ensuring consistency while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
• Produce growth marketing materials such as landing pages, display advertisements, and campaign visuals, with a strong grasp of conversion drivers.
• Create original illustrations and conceptual artwork that effectively convey brand narratives throughout various campaigns.
• Work closely with the Creative Director, Senior Brand Designers, Web Art Director, Web Designers, Video Art Director, and Video Designers, in addition to cross-functional stakeholders, to transition projects from concept to production.
• Rapidly iterate based on feedback, exploring various creative avenues while keeping a clear focus on the objectives.
• Assist in maintaining and updating brand standards documentation as the brand evolves and develops.
• 3-4 years of experience in brand design within a fast-paced in-house or agency setting.
• Proven experience in designing for growth marketing, including landing pages, paid media, and performance campaigns, with an understanding of how design influences results.
• Proficiency in Figma and a willingness to work within and expand an established brand system.
• A portfolio that showcases a unique visual perspective, featuring work that transcends mere execution and reflects authentic creative thought.
• Strong illustration capabilities and experience in crafting conceptual visual narratives for campaigns.
• Mastery of fundamental design principles, including typography, composition, hierarchy, and scale.
