This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Enhance the visual representation of In Tandem across our range of consumer brands.

• Take ownership of their presence in various platforms including websites, paid media, app store listings, emails, and more.

• Work closely with Growth, Product, and Marketing Leadership to ensure alignment in our mission to elevate our brands while preserving consistency with our product experience.

• Develop and strengthen visual systems that can adapt to a wide range of channel executions.

• Participate in strategic brand discussions to safeguard the future positioning of our brands.

• Oversee website and landing page design strategy and implementation.

• Create high-performing media creatives for platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging channels in both still and static formats.

• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to refine and enhance creative based on performance metrics and audience insights.

• Lead the creative direction for app store listings, visual positioning, and conversion enhancement.

• Design for email and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

• Provide creative guidance and oversight for video production, including CTV ads, short-form videos, podcast reads, and motion graphics.

• Foster brand trust and affinity through thoughtful and high-quality design.

• Elevate the standard of creative excellence throughout the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand, consumer, or marketing design roles.

• Proven experience leading brand design at a consumer startup or a high-growth company, preferably within digital services or mobile applications.

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates web, paid media, lifecycle, and digital product marketing work.

• In-depth knowledge of typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in creating basic motion/video assets, as well as working with production teams or external vendors.

• Ability to design for both brand-building and performance-oriented initiatives.

• Experience collaborating across different functions with growth and product teams.

• Expert-level proficiency in modern design tools, specifically Figma, with basic familiarity in motion/video.

• Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), consumer apps, or subscription-based businesses.

• Experience designing for family-oriented or mission-driven brands.

• Experience working across multiple brands within a portfolio.
