This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Convert and enhance founder voice memos and bullet points into refined LinkedIn posts and blog drafts utilizing AI tools (Claude, Perplexity).
• Generate branded visual content using Canva, including social media graphics, blog headers, pull quotes, and other on-brand assets.
• Organize and publish posts through our social scheduling platforms (Taplio or similar).
• Release blog articles on our website weekly.
• Manage a straightforward content calendar and identify any items requiring founder input.
• Slightly adapt existing content for various channels (one idea → multiple formats).
• Proficient in both spoken and written English — you'll be refining content aimed at US founders and executives daily. This is a strict requirement.
• Skilled in Canva — you can navigate a brand kit, ensure visual coherence, and create polished professional graphics independently.
• Familiar with AI tools — you comfortably integrate Claude, Perplexity, or similar tools into your workflow.
• Take responsibility for the quality of your output — you prioritize whether the content is visually and audibly appealing, beyond just completing tasks.
• Organized and dependable — you meet deadlines, manage the calendar, and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Detail-oriented — you identify typos, mismatched colors, and inconsistent fonts before publication.
• Possess some background in content creation, social media, or digital marketing — experience from agency, startup, or freelance environments is welcome.
• Flexible part-time contract (~10 hours per week) with opportunities for growth as our content operation develops.
• Deel contract for straightforward and reliable international payments.
• Access to a comprehensive tools stack — we provide Canva Pro, Perplexity Enterprise, Claude, and a dedicated budget for social scheduling tools (Taplio or your suggestions).
• Direct access to and feedback from the founder — you'll gain insights into how a US-based B2B brand communicates at a high level.
• Genuine creative ownership: this role is newly established at Lavendo, and you will have a significant impact on its operation.
