Brand Ambassador – Venice/Westside

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Firestone Walker brewing details and associated brands.

• Support and manage off-site events in locations where Firestone Walker beer is available or represented, as directed by the Field Marketing Manager.

• Securely transport beer, retail items, or event equipment to and from event locations.

• Set up, dismantle, and clean pouring stations at event venues.

• Serve beer tastings while actively engaging and educating consumers at events.

• Have a basic understanding of the maintenance required for event equipment utilized.

• Be knowledgeable and able to address basic inquiries regarding general beer information, Firestone Walker products and brands, as well as the company itself.

• Ensure adherence to FW brand standards at all events.

• Assist with account promotions as required.

• Help identify local influencers within the designated region.

• Maintain regular communication with the Field Marketing Manager, checking in no less than once a month.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in marketing, branding, and draft operations.

• Previous experience in event planning and serving beer.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Responsible Beverage Service certification.

• Documentation proving legal eligibility to drive.

• Exceptionally friendly and outgoing personality.

• Capability to attract consumers and persuade them to purchase our products.

• Strong organizational skills coupled with effective decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel for events.
