This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Serve as a representative of OneApp at over 10β15 trade shows, conferences, and regional expos each year.
β’ Actively engage with attendees β initiate discussions, clearly communicate OneApp's value proposition, address inquiries, and identify prospects for the Sales team.
β’ Accurately capture and qualify leads utilizing either event-provided or internal tools.
β’ Carefully execute booth setup, breakdown, and presentation.
β’ Oversee pre-event logistics for your assigned events: register attendees, confirm details, and review exhibitor guides.
β’ Order, track, and manage event materials and promotional inventory effectively.
β’ Assist with pre-event communications: prepare calendar invites, briefing notes, and logistics details for attendees.
β’ Capture photos and video content on-site during events.
β’ Ensure a consistent, on-brand presentation across all areas you manage.
β’ 6 months to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within event, field marketing, sales support, or brand representation β backgrounds in retail, hospitality, trade show staffing, campus ambassador roles, and similar experiences are all relevant.
β’ A genuine comfort in engaging strangers in conversation β you are the proactive individual at the booth who draws people in, rather than waiting for them to approach.
β’ Strong organizational skills: you keep track of what needs to be done and ensure nothing slips through the cracks without oversight.
β’ Dependability and accountability. You follow through on commitments and promptly raise concerns if something is at risk.
β’ Willingness to travel extensively (40β60% of the time); able to manage yourself while traveling with minimal supervision.
β’ A sincere connection to the mission. You grasp β or desire to understand β the significance of assisting someone in securing housing after facing rejection.
β’ Residing in or willing to relocate to Portland, OR (note: no relocation assistance provided).
β’ Preferred qualifications include:
β’ Familiarity with the multifamily housing sector, property management, or proptech.
β’ Experience utilizing a CRM or lead capture tool (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, event applications, etc.).
β’ Comfort with basic content creation: smartphone photography, short-form video, and social media posting.
β’ Experience in managing physical inventory, coordinating shipping, or handling supply logistics.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish β beneficial given the diverse renter populations we serve.
β’ This is a full-time role.
