📋 Description

• Conducts store visits aimed at enhancing brand and product recognition among retailers and consumers.

• Evaluates priorities and organizes tasks or schedules based on the specific circumstances encountered in each store.

• Strategically plans store visits by identifying the unique needs and essential materials required for each retailer.

• Delivers real-time information on assigned stores by utilizing a tablet to complete surveys and submit reports from the field.

• Performs inventories and collaborates with retailer and NBA management to resolve discrepancies.

• Fosters relationships and keeps open lines of communication with store personnel and management.

• Manages display components and Point of Purchase (POP) inventory.

• Sets up and maintains displays and display cases, including performing repairs and cleaning.

• Replenishes products and strategically positions retail marketing POP to enhance Nintendo's visibility while adhering to merchandising strategies.

• Applies selling techniques and knowledge of Nintendo products to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.

• Conducts product demonstrations and provides education to store staff through individual and group presentations during store visits, weekend demos, and external opportunities.

• Collects insights from the field and shares them with NBA management, including both written reports and digital photographs.

• Engages in annual conferences, monthly team calls, and product training sessions.

• Covers long-distance locations via phone calls and occasional visits.

• May offer support coverage for adjacent territories upon request.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one year of relevant retail experience.

• Strong basic math skills.

• Accurate counting abilities.

• Proficient in using a computer, tablet, and/or smartphone.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Outlook.

• Familiarity with Nintendo products or the capacity to quickly learn about them.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license and insurance.
