This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct investigations into automobile accidents involving one or more vehicles that result in property damage and/or bodily injury, especially when attorneys or litigation are involved.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages while delivering outstanding customer service throughout your workday.
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Participate in negotiation processes to achieve equitable injury settlements with all parties concerned.
• Manage severe, complex, and moderate litigation cases within the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling Florida third-party bodily injury litigation claims.
• Understanding of Florida tort reform.
• Possession of a Florida 6-20 All Lines Adjuster License (Property & Casualty).
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, to build rapport and accurately assess claims - preferred.
• Capability to work independently and remotely while effectively managing time - preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessment - preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to successfully evaluate and negotiate injury claims - preferred.
• Familiarity with innovative tools and platforms for efficient claims evaluation - preferred.
