Bodily Injury Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and resolve bodily injury claims represented by attorneys within the Extended Handler Bodily Injury Casualty Unit.

• Validate the facts surrounding complex automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages.

• Negotiate settlements within the designated authority limits.

• Evaluate potential for subrogation or fraud and determine the handling approach for intricate cases.

• Utilize an advanced understanding of company insurance policies, industry standards, and organizational dynamics.

• Investigate complex auto claims regarding coverage, liability, and damages with independence and discretion.

• Review, assess, and negotiate claims for moderate to complex injuries.

• Identify vehicle components and comprehend potential property damage.

• Recognize customer requirements and address them using suitable customer service techniques.

• Mentor and assist junior team members to foster consistent, high-quality claims handling and promote team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an Attorney-Repped Bodily Injury Consultant.

• Proficient in navigating technology.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Alabama injury claims is highly preferred.

• Ideal candidates should reside within the CST or EST time zones.

• Candidates must have the authorization to work in the United States.

• Active insurance license holders must cancel existing appointments prior to onboarding and cannot maintain outside appointments during their employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when directed by the licensing team.

• Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions while working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is required.
